I have always been fascinated by what makes people tick. What motivates & inspires us as human beings? How do we operate as individuals & within the structures of the businesses we own or work for? What do we need in order to fulfil our potential & achieve success – whatever that looks like for us? I take this curiosity into my work as a strategic consultant & coach for both organisations & individuals who are ready to level up & take the next step on their journey. In my experience, the organisations that are equally as curious about their people & are committed to helping them thrive are the ones that continue to grow, evolve, & achieve their goals. When we understand that everyone we work with has a unique operating system, we can turn that understanding into excellence, delivering outstanding services & products to our customers and partners. As a coach & consultant & Chief Strategy Officer with Byond Group, honesty & respect are at the core of everything I do. Honesty & respect build trust, trust builds partnership, & partnership is what allows us to elevate each other & deliver on our promises – to ourselves & to our customers & clients. What I love most about what I do is when my colleagues & clients realise that they already have all the tools they need to achieve their goals. I help them take what’s already there, we harness their natural talents & abilities, & together we get clear on what the vision is, what the North Star looks like. For organisations, the vision is often to build a robust, scalable & profitable business that allows the people within it to thrive. This means getting clear on both internal & external strategies – how do we work together as a team & how does that team work brilliantly with our clients & partners? When I work with individuals, the North Star might look different, more introspective or personal perhaps. Either way my role is to help people identify where they want to go & then figure out the steps they need to take to get there. Mindset will play a key role whether you’re levelling up your business or deciding what personal fulfilment looks like for you, & I love helping people understand their minds better. I truly believe that when we learn to challenge our negative thoughts & change our perspective on things, anything is possible. Of course there will be challenges & speed bumps along the way, but my role is to help you stay inspired & upbeat as you navigate them.
