I’m a strategic finance leader with over 17 years’ experience in New Zealand and the UK, working across professional services, financial services, telecommunications, property, and technology sectors. I’m passionate about turning financial insights into meaningful action. Throughout my career, I’ve led finance teams (up to 23 people), delivered large-scale system transformation projects ($1.5m capex), built financial models to drive commercial strategy, and supported executive teams with forecasting and decision-making. I thrive on solving complex problems, streamlining processes, and building high-performing teams. Before joining Oxygen Advisors, I held senior finance roles at Colliers International, Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM), Ockham Residential, British Sky Broadcasting, and KPMG. Highlights include leading finance transformation at Colliers, building fund pricing models at LGIM that influenced £46bn fee negotiations, and delivering operational improvements that enabled substantial process efficiencies. Today at Oxygen, I work alongside New Zealand’s most exciting start-ups and high-growth tech companies, providing CFO-level insight, hands-on support, and strategic leadership. I partner with founders to help them scale confidently—from forecasting and scenario planning to securing funding and presenting at the board level.
