Seventeen years sales experience, twelve in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry. Ten in senior executive positions, such as, Business Development Manager, National Account Manager, Brand Manager and Specialist Account Manager. These roles have required a high degree of customer facing sales and influencing ability in conjunction with strong, communication, leadership, project management, strategic planning, business analysis, return on investment management and problem-solving skills. I am comfortable operating at the highest levels of internal and external organisations, managing multiple projects concurrently and holding responsibility for high value accounts. I am adept at coordinating internal and external stakeholders and teams to effect change and secure sales. My leadership style is inclusive, ensuring that all inputs are valued while still being happy to make decisions and drive results. My selling style is consultative, working mostly in third perspective sell (win, win, win approach) However, I am also comfortable being directly challenging as required. I’m highly motivated by outcomes, enjoying the thrill of the sale and of course the remuneration associated. I also take a great deal of pride knowing that my work and that of my colleagues, positively influences the medical field and enhances patient outcomes. I’m strategically focused and utilise all available data to plan my activities for the shot, medium and long term. My clear focus allows me to make the best use of time, effecting change rapidly, while maintaining the adaptability to respond to environmental challenges.
