Recruiting supply Teachers and Support Staff (for day-to-day, temporary and permanent work) for schools within the West Midlands. A big part of my role is effectively listening to candidates to find out exactly what they’re looking for, then intelligently matching them with our clients. A 360-degree recruitment role working on an established desk, meaning I manage the whole cycle of recruitment. As Recruitment consultant, I develop long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike and able to grasp a full picture of each and every requirement from both parties.
