About Pipsa Siitonen

I am an expert in Human Resources (HR) with Master’s Degree in Adult Education with a specialization in HR. Last +7 years I have worked in versatile HR tasks in both large corporations and smaller companies. I am interested in supporting and guiding employees towards their and the company’s business goals and enjoy a multicultural athmosphere. I have extensive knowledge and experience in the entire HR field. I am familiar with personnel practices, policies and applicable collective agreements. In addition, I have experience in challenging personnel situations and change negotiations. I am used to working in a fast paced business environment with rapid business transformations and organization development. Currently I am working as Senior HR Specialist at one of the biggest employers in Finland, Posti. My work consists of supporting supervisors in various HR matters, HR Data, training and development work. Since 11/2023 I expanded my job description and currently I am working around 40-50% of my work time in Business HR supporting Group Functions business group. I have Master's degree in Adult Education, pedagogical qualification and studies in e.g. organizational development and learning, business, psychology and HR. As a person I am solution-oriented, self-directed and eager for always learning new things and developing myself. I have excellent organizational skills, a positive and innovative approach to work and the desire to see things through and take resposibility. I am able to work effectively with various stakeholders and I have excellent communication skills. In the near future, I hope to be able to utilize my skills and strenghts e.g. in HR Business Partner position.
