I also allocated Client Information File numbers to each new client and used tools like Bridger, Lexis Nexis, World Check, and Kompany to perform various checks and searches. I leveraged my customer relationship management, problem solving, and communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Prior to that, I was a Compliance - Business Analysis Specialist, where I aggregated and coordinated the disclosure of interest reports for J.P.Morgan's global positions in exchange listed securities in the EMEA region. I also worked as a Reconciliation Specialist, where I performed daily reconciliations of Nostro accounts, supported team leads in managing delivery of clients' service requirements, and participated in audit, control, and process reviews.
