About Piyali B.

Hey there! I’m Piyali, an Instructional Designer who’s all about turning complex ideas into engaging, learner-friendly experiences. Whether it’s building gamified modules, crafting microlearning assets, or automating training workflows with AI-powered chatbots, I’m all about using tech to make learning modern, accessible, and measurable.
