Currently, I lead design initiatives for automatic door systems at Knorr-Bremse India, contributing to major metro projects in Delhi, Pune, and Bangalore—enhancing urban mobility across India. My technical expertise spans product design for alternators, BLDC motors, and components made from sheet metal, plastic, forged, and cast materials. I’m proficient in CAD modeling, GD & T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering change management using tools like CREO and Windchill. Previously at Padmini VNA Mechatronics, I played a key role in developing seat ventilation blowers and fuel tank injection valves, managing concept creation, prototyping, and testing.
