My career began in 2014 with Alvi Tech Services Pvt Ltd, a contractual company based in Mumbai. In this offshore-centric environment, I assumed the role of Electrical Project Engineer, focusing on ONGC Electric Panel projects. This role marked the commencement of my career journey and laid the foundation for my commitment to excellence in the field of electrical engineering.My sales journey commenced in 2019 upon the completion of my MBA. I started working with Bandhan Bank, Naraina Branch in Delhi, where I held the position of Assistant Manager (Sales & Operations) until 2020. During my time at Bandhan Bank, I played a pivotal role in driving sales and managing operations. This experience not only provided me with a solid foundation in sales but also instilled in me a commitment to delivering high-quality projects and exceeding expectations.Following my tenure at Bandhan Bank, I transitioned to Tradeindia, a prominent online B2B marketplace connecting buyers and sellers nationwide. In my role, I specifically targeted SMEs across India. This experience has been instrumental in further developing my expertise in the field, allowing me to navigate the intricacies of the online marketplace and contribute to the success of businesses on a broader scale. In my career, I have had the privilege of working with reputable organizations, gaining diverse experiences that have enriched my skill set and knowledge.Previously, I served as a Team Leader in Sales with both Just Dial and Tradologie. These roles afforded me valuable insights into the intricacies of business activities, particularly in understanding the dynamics of large manufacturers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Leading a team in these environments equipped me with the leadership skills necessary to drive sales strategies and achieve organizational goals effectively.Currently, I am honored to be serving as a Franchise Sales Manager with Regrob, a distinguished and tech-enabled real estate brokerage firm. Regrob's commitment to excellence and its unique approach to leveraging technology under the guidance of IIT and IIM alumni align perfectly with my professional values. In my role, I contribute to the growth and success of the firm by managing franchise sales operations and fostering partnerships. This experience has deepened my understanding of the real estate industry and further honed my skills in sales management and client relations.
