About Pjb Noble

Managing a Defence and Aerospace Company for more than 35 years has been a great experience for this professional with a never say die attitude. Park Controls & Communications (P) Ltd,(PCC for short) was founded by PJB Noble along with a couple of colleagues in 1989. PJB Noble plays an important role in getting the company's engagement with the country's premier defence and aerospace programs that include indigenous Defence Jets, Missiles, UAVs and Bombs. His guidance of the company's growth has played a pivotal role in making PCC a serious contender for the supply of some of the defence and aerospace products for indigenous production requirements of these programs. PCC extends products and services for very specialized applications in the areas of Flight Test Instrumentation, Airborne Recording and Transmission of Video, Audio and data in Telemetry format, Ground and Mobile based solutions for GPS/Glonass Time Synchronization, Control Systems for Aero Generators, Airborne Laser based Guidance, Aero Engines, Military Tank Turret, etc. One of the significant milestone achievement of PJB is guiding the team at PCC to get the product from the PARK portfolio, for use as the DAU for HUMS for Tejas LCA Mk1A. Under the Leadership of PJB, PCC embarked on programs that are now being supported by the Atmanirbhar India program within the country and even gaining traction outside India. With this fillip PJB Noble is spear heading the next phase of growth of PCC to reach out to the international markets. PCC is AS 9100 & CEMILAC certified company and is also an R&D recognized by the Government of India. PJB Noble also handles the other important departments of the company such as Finance, Purchase, QA, HR, Production and Project Groups and has created and sustained a vibrant organization that works seamlessly to achieve critical growth for PCC in the next few years.
