I ventured into business in the year 1990 and went on to start the company Spectrum Projects Private Limited (a premier real estate and construction company), wherein I am the Managing Director. I am an avid reader and fond of photography. I have a passion of interior designing and occasionally cooks food as a hobby. Along which I play a major role in the following; • Managing Director – Spectrum Reflections Private Limited • A computerized color laboratory with state-of-the-art digital equipment. • Director - Spectrum Infrastructure Development Private Limited • An infrastructure company which is into Civil & Electrical contracts. • Co-owner - Hotel Spectrum • The finest hotel in Berhampur with rooms, banquet halls and F&B outlets. • Partner - Spectrum Properties • A firm engaged in real estate development and construction. The firm has promoted many multistoried residential and commercial buildings which are landmarks in the city. • Partner - Prism Homes • A resort styled apartment project named Palm Regal with 264 flats in the beach town Gopalpur with fabulous sea views. • Director - Specbru Hotels Pvt Ltd. • Coming up with a Accor branded 4-star hotel Mercure in Bhubaneswar. • Director - Specadi Resorts Pvt. Ltd. • In Gopalpur, which is in operational arrangement with The Park Hotel Group brand “Zone by the park”. A beach resort hotel. • Advisor - Ganjam Chamber of Commerce • Executive body member (Past & Present)- Union Club, Friends Helping Club, Association of Voluntary Blood Donors, Lodge Utkal (Masonic), People for Animals, Ganjam Club, Bhubaneswar Club Ltd, Ganjam District Tennis Association, Zilla Sainik Board and various other NGOs’.
