About Pola Hoffman

Pola Hoffman is a Training Manager focusing on Training and Development for the financial industry. Pola’s areas of concentration are across the United States footprint. Pola leads a Learning Services Team that supports the delivery of training classes and virtual webinars focusing on Customer Service, Sales, and Leadership. In this role, Pola works with senior leaders to assess learning needs and recommends strategies for growing their teams. Pola has worked in the financial industry at US Bank since 1996. Her expertise varies in Customer Service, Retail Personal Banking, Management, Learning Strategist, Talent Management, Coaching, and Leadership Development. Pola has received certifications in Sherpa Executive Coaching, evoke Virtual Facilitation, Human Performance Improvement Consulting, and Franklin Covey. Pola received the 2005 Star of Excellence and was nominated for a Service of Excellence Award by her co-workers and Managers. Pola also proudly served in the U.S. Navy onboard the USS Cape Cod AD-43 1990 1995 as a Petty Officer Third Class. She earned her title as a Hull Technician and was successful at learning the trade of welding. She completed two West-Pacs (cruises through the Western Pacific Oceans) during this time. Pola was an active participant in the Persian Gulf Desert Storm War. Pola earned seven medals. The National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal with Bronze Star, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Meritorious Unit, Joint Meritorious Unit, Sea Service Deployment, and Good Conduct Medal. Pola was discharged honorably as a United States Veteran. Pola is currently enrolled at the University of Arizona Global Campus, pursuing her degree in Psychology. Pola is scheduled to graduate in quarter one of 2023. Pola’s top five strengths are Responsibility, Individualization, Arranger, Achiever, & Relator (according to Strengthfinders 2.0 Assessment).
