From presenting live games to a global audience, to driving influencer campaigns in digital marketing, and now leading cost control team at a global shipping giant — every role I've held has sharpened my adaptability, deepened my analytical mindset and strengthened my ability to connect with people and processes alike. Currently, I serve as Cost Control Team Leader at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company. I lead with structure, but always leave space for curiosity, collaboration, and growth — both for myself and my team. My academic journey has equipped me with the global perspective and analytical foundation needed in today’s dynamic business environment. I hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Business Administration, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business at the University of Latvia. I’ve also enriched my professional toolkit with certifications in UX Design, Digital Marketing, Software Testing, and more. I’m passionate about systems that work, communication that’s clear, and leadership that’s grounded in empathy.
