In 2008, I started working on the technical and methodological management of contracts in the Industrial sector (Facilities and Maintenance), deepening my contract management skills - Scope - Cost - Time - always in line with the finance, purchasing, legal and compliance departments. Over time in 2015, the opportunity arose to learn and deepen the management of financial resources in the activities of Cost Management and Industrial Capex.Transformation of Costs and Industrial Capex (Budget Control - Forecast and Current), bringing great experience to new challenges within Stellantis.The company was preparing for new challenges within Stellantis, such as the start of the Pernambuco Plant program.In 2021 assume coordination of the CONTROL TOWER & SYNERGIES area with governance responsibilities for Cost Transformation, Industrial Contracts GMI SA. Looking for new challenges, in 2024 I decided to go back to the beginning of my career at Sttelantis and take on the coordination of the Facilities (Contract Management) team at the Betim Plant, along with some of the activities I already carried out as Control Tower S.A.
