About Polly Bond

As the Chief Administrative Officer at the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), I provide executive oversight of daily operations, including human resources, payroll, IT, budgeting, annual audit, and accounting services. I previously served as the Executive Administrative Assistant Office Manager at TIA. I am responsible for developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures, partnering with the CEO on strategic initiatives and organizational management, and overseeing office acquisition and buildout. I also ensure financial compliance, reporting, and internal controls in adherence to company, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, I supervise administrative staff and facilitate weekly staff and leadership meetings. I act as staff liaison to the TIA Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Ethics Committee, and other key stakeholders. I aim to support the organization's mission and vision while ensuring efficient and effective operations.
