About Polly Cameron

Certified mediator, facilitator, social entrepreneur and campaign creator. I helped lead the Australian branch of The School of Life as National Program Manager for four years and facilitated courses and transformative experiences as a Faculty member. I've been building a movement around democratic reform as Director of Public Engagement at the not-for-profit newDemocracy Foundation for the past 3.5 years.My love of creativity, purpose and people has led her to be deeply involved in the world of social enterprise and innovation for the past decade. I've worked to cultivate the next generation of change leaders as a facilitator at Stand Up organisation and worked in Italy as the Company Manager for the arts festival, New Generation.My most recent consistent area of passion, however, is in conflict; why this arises and how best we can use points of difference as a breakthrough. This has led me to become a certified meditator with NMAS and become a mediation coach with Resolution Institute, training others to develop these necessary skills
