A competent, committed, and experienced clinical research coordinator/Internal monitor skilled in QA/QC, leadership, project management, clinical research, report writing, protocol development and review, participant recruitment/follow up and regulatory submissions. Has more than 6years of experience in clinical research as a coordinator and more than 3years as an internal monitor for both clinical trial and observational studies. Experienced in maternal and child health programs i.e. immunization of VPDs, surveillance health programs, primary health care, HIV/ AIDS management in both general and Key populations, emergency humanitarian response during disease outbreaks or other disasters, Disease prevention and control as well as Monitoring and Evaluation of health programs. Building resilient maternal health systems is my biggest passion. A clinical mentor, responsible for mentoring midwives on quality improvement to include respectful & compassionate maternity care, building effective/efficient hospital systems, Comprehensive emergency obstetric & neonatal care & quality improvement initiatives in resource limited environment. I am well versed in providing direct care to patients and making essential nursing judgments. Moreover, I have a demonstrated ability for decision making utilizing academic knowledge and extensive sexual/reproductive health experience in patient care. I am fast learner and a team player who’s able to work under minimal supervision.
