Co-Founder & CEO of the digital business agency Ajensi. We help clients grow their businesses through a digital first approach mainly strategy, paid social, SEM, SEO, marketing, analytics etc. We are an extended part of our their teams rather than their agency. Feel free to reach out, connect or send me an email if you want to grab a coffee and talk about challenges or potential solutions at pontus@ajensi.se - As a person: I'm a natural grit person who jumps in and quickly learn and adapt to whatever is needed, e.g I have been developing IT-infrastructures for organizations just for the fun of it, everything from creating processes from scratch in CRM-systems and OKR-tools to building engagement & motivational software for clients. I have started my own divisions as well as agency. I thrive being in social and open environments and loves taking on completely new challenges. I'm a firm believer of that things do not get done or solved unless you actually put in the work- Previous roles: I have been of the management team and group of partners at marketing agencies since the start of my professional career after my University studies. Growing the agency from 54 MSEK annual turnover in 2014 to 170 MSEK in 2019 and winning multiple Agency of the year-awards (2018-2020). My main focus was to oversee and grow our retail marketing division through consulting for clients and end-customer experiences. During my studies: During my studies, I was the President of the Analytical Programme (400 students within this sector), engaged in multiple student associations and worked part time on the side for companies such as SEB, Randstad, IF Insurance. By the end of my studies I was the research assistant to one professor testing theories to evaluate ERP-investments.
