Experience spans People Operations and technical recruitment, with notable contributions during Flipkart’s hypergrowth—supporting scale-up strategies, high-volume hiring, and agile talent planning that helped the company reach over 500 million customers. This phase sharpened skills in stakeholder alignment, workforce scaling, and navigating complexity and changes in fast-paced environments. Relocation to Sydney in 2020 opened doors to new challenges at Baraja, a deep-tech LiDAR startup. There, efforts centered around enhancing employee experience, leading change initiatives, and optimizing processes within a lean P&C team. Currently at Gumtree, the focus is on integrating HRIS tools, driving process improvement, and embedding data-driven decision-making into people strategies. The goal: to build efficient, empowered, and adaptable teams aligned with business priorities.
