With experience in HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning, I’ve had the opportunity to work with multiple data tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, and HRIS systems to track key metrics, optimize hiring processes, and improve employee engagement. What really excites me about HR analytics is the opportunity to use data to solve problems and make processes better. Whether it's helping HR teams plan for future workforce needs or diving into employee engagement data to identify areas for improvement, I’m always focused on finding ways to make a real impact. I’m a big believer in the power of collaboration working with HR, management, and even L&D teams to support decisions that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience.
