I am a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and legal professional with over 3 years of experience in corporate compliance, legal advisory, and regulatory filings. My core expertise includes SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and Companies Act, 2013 compliance, along with managing Board/General Meetings, XBRL filings, and high-stake secretarial responsibilities for both listed and private entities. At Electrodrive Powertrain (under the directorship of Mr. Ratan Tata), I led the incorporation of a foreign subsidiary in China, liaised with AD banks for FEMA filings, and vetted MoUs, NDAs, and patent assignments. I’ve also independently handled preferential allotments, due diligence, corporate restructuring, and reporting to ROC, SEBI, and MCA.
