Work Experience as SAP super user 4 years (2018-2022) Worked for India Go live two projects in 2018-2019 Konecranes and in 2020-2021 at the time of Demag merger Working with Global team for implementing Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia in 2022 Knowledge of business process like P2P, end to end business process, Inter STO, Intra STO, Consignment Involved in various phases of the project like gathering requirements, feasibility study, unit testing, end to end integration testing for various procurement cycles, creation of transition docs post go live etc. Created and configured plants and also various related MM functionalities like Material Master Data, Vendor Master Data, Purchase Info Record, Stock Transfer Order, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, PO and PR Release Strategy, LSMW, procurement cycles etc Involved in Data Migration strategies Active participation during the UAT and Go-Live phase, solving the issues reported during development Prepared and document various training documents for end user training and same get approved by management as SOP. Preparation of execution plan for activities like release of fabrication drawing, deliveries of bought out components, manufacturing, inspection & dispatch. Over-all design review to ensure on time release BOM. Releasing Production orders. Monitor item wise movement of inventory and suggest changes in inventory parameters accordingly. Material Planning as per company requirement by setting safety stock and ROL in master data. Liaising with Purchase Dept. for deliveries of bought out components & outsourced fabrication items. Work Experience In Production Engineering 3 years – (2015-2018) Uploading Bill of material (BOM) in SAP R3 System & Using team center for developing structure context. Releasing Purchase requisition to purchaser to proceed for procurement activity based on Requirements generated by Production order & BOM. Releasing Purchase Order To intercompany organization for Import Material and tracking the PO status for on time material availability. Coordinating with engineering & production team for drawing revisions due to changes observed in production stage Preparing Product wise Delivery Punctuality report with delay analysis and suggestions for improvements.
