I bring over 9.5 years of comprehensive experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Billing, and Revenue Administration, with a consistent track record of driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across financial operations. In my current and previous roles, I have been responsible for end-to-end billing processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual invoicing, dispatching invoices, handling account closures, and verifying refunds to clients. I ensure accurate application of fee rate amendments and contractual clauses, such as discounts and minimums. My responsibilities also include account setup, amendment tracking, and closure activities. I play a key role in the month-end close process, including accruals, preparing aging reports for receivables over 90 days, and conducting cash application through lockbox, bill-to-charge, and wire payments. I directly interact with investment officers and administrative stakeholders, ensuring prompt issue resolution and smooth coordination, which has significantly improved team productivity. I also manage revenue assurance in alignment with ASC 606, perform detailed reconciliations between forecasted and actual revenue, and analyze budget vs. actuals, identifying and reporting variances. I closely monitor deferred and unbilled revenue, ensuring all bookings are backed by proper documentation. My technical skill set includes working with tools such as Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, and ServiceNow. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and use it extensively for reporting, analysis, and automation.
