Hi Team, My name is pooja kolwankar, I have a total of 8 years experience in the retail industry in the accounts department. I was working in Kohinoor electronics, I joined this organisation in 2014 as cashier,my punctuality and hard work I got promoted as account assistant in the year of 2017.in the year 2018 I was handling all work as a senior account executive. About my work. I have good software knowledge about (American dynamic Ax,K-Shitij,Tally 9.6 ERP. As a cashier I was handling store customer billing.(receive payment from customers and make the bill) I have knowledge about handling petty cash and making the system tally every day I'm handling all customers'payment transactions,( Debit card, Credit card,Paytm,phone pe,Amazon pay,MSwipe). As a account executive I was handling transaction reconciliation. Cash Reconciliation: Handling petty Cash, Rechecking of All outlets Billing Report and handling issues, Handling all Expenses. me Amazon Pay Reconciliation: Rechecking Of transaction, Vender charges updating, vendor GST Invoice Updating. M-swipe /UPI/Phone Pe /Paytm /Reconciliation: Rechecking the transaction, Vender charges updating, vendor GST Invoice Updating. Bank reconciliation: NEFT/RTGS Updation, Bank to Bank Fund transfer, Cash -Cheque Deposit in the Bank. Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel, Cheque deposited & collection Data, Looking after sales service issues like Refund, short excess payment & reversal. Co-Ordinate with the branches for their issues, Preparing Sales Order, billing. Created customer contact letters and maintained sales account information with MS word and MS Excel. Handing all digital Payment mode. their portal & nd issues.
