My work experience spans across Productivity Tech, Fin Tech, HR Tech, SaaS, Health Tech & Financial Services. I have worked across different types of organizations - MNCs, mid-size companies, start-ups and non-profits, across B2B and B2C and with diverse customer segments from the top to the bottom of the financial pyramid. I've pioneered multiple products/ technologies. As part of start-ups & running my own, I have held senior management roles, worked across multiple business units and donned multiple hats simultaneously. I founded and ran JoGoApp, a gamified B2B app/platform for employee health & fitness from 2015-18. JoGoApp has received multiple accolades, including being rated Top 5 Startups of 2016. I've been rated 'Top Women Entrepreneur' and 'Inspiring Indian Woman Entrepreneur'. I've been a speaker at industry events including Women Economic Forum, Apps India & BOTS India, amongst others.
