I'm an HR professional with diverse experience across education, consulting, and energy sectors, I am committed to creating inclusive, people-centric workplaces. My journey began with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Delhi University, igniting my passion for helping and supporting others. This commitment continued through my work with Visionaries, where I helped visually impaired students succeed in their studies, and now extends to empowering employees in the corporate world. I believe that empathy in the workplace can transform company culture and drive innovation. I have pursued my Masters from LSE in Human Resources and Organisations with a CIPD level 7 accreditation. In my role as an HR Operations and Recruitment Officer, I have led recruitment for academicians and professional services staff, ensuring prompt onboarding and compliance with UKVI regulations. I managed contract issuance, advised hiring managers on job descriptions and grading (HERA framework), and ran maternity and paternity meetings. Previously, as an HR Project Specialist at Aurora Inc, I enhanced workplace wellbeing for the NHS through qualitative research, and as an HR & Wellbeing Officer at Ormiston Trust, I developed training plans that improved efficiency and employee engagement. I am passionate about championing diversity and inclusion, implementing fair recruitment practices, and fostering a culture where every employee feels valued and empowered.
