I manage the administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling, reporting, and budgeting, for various departments and projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance. I have a master's degree in health care administration/management from The George Washington University, where I learned the skills and knowledge to lead and improve health care organizations and systems. I also have a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences from Rutgers University, where I developed my critical thinking and communication skills. I have over three years of experience as an administrative assistant at Hunterdon Healthcare, where I demonstrated my proficiency in coding, billing, and electronic health records. I contributed to the quality and accuracy of the health care services and documentation, and received multiple recognitions for my performance and initiative. I am passionate about health care administration and management, and I seek to advance my career and skills in this field.
