I have demonstrated Functional excellence in my various roles and have been lauded for leading design and execution work in the different areas of Strategic HR including HR Strategy, Org’n Design, Workforce Planning, Learning and Development, Rewards Mgt, Performance Mgt, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Leadership Development. I have been able to build strong Industry insights from having led assignments for employers and clients in diverse industries - Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Media, Banking, Services, Manufacturing, Wealth Funds, Insurance Companies and Logistics Providers. My multicultural, global exposure has made me a balanced leader who understands cultural nuances and thrives on them to inspire teams and colleagues to strive for business results. I have worked at length in following countries - India, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, China, Philippines, Qatar, Sri Lanka and Mauritius.
