About Pooja Pawar

With over 8 years of experience in the education sector I am passionate about creating and facilitating learning opportunities that empower individuals and communities to solve social and environmental challenges. As the Head of People & Learning at Reap Benefit I work with a team of professionals who design and deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences for youth citizens and other partners in the ecosystem. I also oversee the growth learning org processes finance and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring high-quality service delivery. In my previous role as the Manager of Alumni Impact and Advocacy at Teach For India I conceptualized and executed a strategic plan for Mumbai that aimed to improve the learning outcomes for students from the socioeconomically disadvantaged group and accelerate the impact of the education ecosystem through the Alumni of Teach For India. I worked with various partners such as schools NGOs government agencies and media to design and implement programs that addressed the systemic issues in education. I also supported the leadership development of the Fellows and Alumni of the program facilitating workshops mentoring sessions and networking events. I leveraged my skills in team leadership and stakeholder relations to achieve these outcomes.
