I am currently working as a Senior Manager with HDFC Bank at Hyderabad and my job responsibilities include everything from supervising branch operations to increasing sales and market share of my branch. My job profile majorly includes strategic leadership, quality and training management and motivating team members and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and audit parameters. I have previously worked as a Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager and Privilege Banker with ICICI BANK. My job profile included key responsibility areas of managing Privilege customers, dealing in Forex services, providing investment solutions and portfolio management for HNI clients, increasing CASA for the bank and ensuring customer delight through excellent service delivery. I have also worked briefly at Hindustan times (Ranchi) as an intern( On-the-job) for advertising and at MECON (Ranchi) as an intern(On the-job) in Corporate Communications. Moreover, I had been actively participating in various social causes like organising Blood Donation Camps, Community Cleanliness and Hygiene improvement Programmes. I am looking for opportunities to work for the society, roles where I could grow myself alongwith the society.
