After returning to the workforce in a casual role following an extended maternity leave, I am ready for a new challenge. In my role as a Branch Banking Concierge for ASB Bank I processed a high volume of transactions with accuracy, resolved with customer queries, conducted verification of accounts to adhere to Anti-Money Laundering requirements as well as assisting with the balancing and maintenance of the ATM’s and TCR/TCD. In my time at ASB Bank I received awards for increasing customer satisfaction and 100% accuracy for AML verification of accounts. Prior to this, I was the Administrator for the Commercial Office of Lodge Real Estate. In this role, I managed all of the administrative duties for the commercial real estate agents, reception duties, assisted with the maintenance of the company’s social media pages and helped with invoicing. I enjoyed the variety of tasks and the constant learning involved with taking on new responsibilities. Shortly before joining Lodge Real Estate, I moved to Hamilton, New Zealand from Brisbane, Australia. In Brisbane, I completed a Bachelor of Business (Finance Major) and Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) at Queensland University of Technology. During my high school and university education I was employed by Healthy Pharmacy, Best & Less and Priceline. I enjoyed the customer service involved in these positions. I am a very goal-oriented and hardworking individual. Whilst working with Best & Less, I was awarded Employee of the Month for consistently achieving the highest add-on sales even though I was a casual employee. At Priceline, I was awarded an Achievement Award for raising $615 for Alzheimer’s Australia. I believe that I have a very strong work ethic. Similarly, I encourage others to employ a strong work ethic.
