Pooja is currently working as a Lead Process Mining Consultant and comes with ~9 years of experience in Management consulting, business process management and process excellence with product and services-based organizations. Currently associated with Celonis, she is helping its customers tackle process inefficiencies via Celonis' market-leading process mining technology and find & realize value via Celonis.Previously, she has worked with EY, PwC and Reliance Industries where she had the opportunity to lead process consulting engagements in different domains e.g. Oil & Gas, Insurance, FMCG, Healthcare and Life Sciences and contribute to BPM - process discovery, design & modelling, process analysis and transformation, Lean, Six Sigma and RPA related initiatives. In addition to Celonis Process Intelligence, she is certified on Software AG's ARIS BPM platform, SAP Signavio, IBM Blueworks and has extensively worked with other products like iGrafx, Bizagi, Tableau, MS Power BI, Ui Path etc.
