About Poojan Kumar

I am an Architect & Urban Planner having an experience of about 10 years in architecture design, urban planning, landscape and execution of projects such as public buildings and parks, institutional buildings, residential projects, townships, commercial spaces, conservation of heritage structures and recreational public spaces. I hold academic specialization in Urban Planning (Housing) from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, which includes project phasing and planning, site planning, architectural design, designing of product mix, feasibility studies, cost estimation, documentation, and approvals. I am a resolute and initiative-taking individual who believes in hard work and synergy. Currently I am working as a Project Architect (Museums & Landscape Development) in my present organization for more than seven years now and have substantial exposure of working for projects that utilize Public-Private Partnerships working with esteemed clients like Ministry of Tourism Govt. of India, Telangana State Tourism and Development Corporation, Department of Heritage and Road and Buildings Dept. Telangana. During all these years I have learnt to navigate complex collaborations and manage multifaceted initiatives effectively. The scope of work included execution and monitoring of museum construction, infrastructure development for heritage park, cultural initiatives, conservation works, study of socioeconomic aspect, environmental/ecological conservation, and landscape restoration of parks and public spaces. Working in various verticals of the project has given me an opportunity to not only enhance my technical skill set but also evolve as an individual who also inclined towards workforce management and outreach.
