I am a product manager with a passion for fintech and innovation. I have completed an executive education program in product management from ISB, one of the leading business schools in India. I have also earned an MBA from IIFT, where I gained exposure to international business and marketing. Previously, I worked as a product manager at ICICI Bank, where I developed and launched mobile banking solutions that enhanced customer satisfaction and retention. I collaborated with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketers, and business analysts, to deliver user-friendly and secure products. I also applied my skills in digital marketing, customer relationship management, and client communication to promote the products and solicit feedback from the users. I am looking for new opportunities in marketing, advertising, product, and brand management. I am interested in roles that enable me to travel and develop myself as a professional and individual. I have a tech-savvy, digital, and entrepreneurial mindset that allows me to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
