As a PMP Certified Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience, I am passionate about leading strategic initiatives and digital transformation projects that create positive social impact and deliver value to stakeholders. Currently, I am leading the Volunteer Experience Digital Transformation Project at the Corporate Services Transformational Office - PMO of the Canadian Red Cross, one of the largest humanitarian organizations in the world. In my previous roles at PayU, a leading online payment service provider, and Panasonic India, a global leader in consumer electronics, I successfully managed company-wide projects that involved multiple external and internal stakeholders, such as banks, government, acquirers, product, sales, tech, and operations teams. Some of the key projects I led or contributed to include the Tokenization- Card Vault Project, the Whatsapp for Business and Transactions Integration, the Salesforce Workflows for PayU Omnichannel Operations, and the Samsung Galaxy A5 Launch for Canada Market. Throughout my career, I have consistently applied Agile Project Management Methodologies and PMBOK Project Governance to ensure timely, efficient, and quality delivery of project outcomes. I have also developed strong skills in process improvement, attention to detail, and creative ideation, which help me to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions.
