About Poorvi Dalakoti

I make sports run smoothly — so athletes, coaches and fans can focus on what matters.Picture this: Derby Arena, England Hockey Super 6s. I’m the one making sure 12 elite teams have their kits, accreditations and coffee on time while 500+ spectators cheer. Or Haldwani Cricket Club, where I turned 10 local tournaments into sell-outs by solving last-minute crises with a smile. From Soul Padel’s court bookings to BUCS Championships ops, I’ve logged 200+ hours keeping multi-sport events on track. What I deliver:• Team & athlete whisperer: Player check-ins, travel coordination, parent comms, crisis calm (HockeyMaker → Team Services track)• Venue command centre: Booking systems, inventory, match-day logistics that never miss a beat (Soul Padel daily ops)• Event multiplier: 40% ticket growth via grassroots marketing + social (Haldwani CC)• Inclusivity driver: EDI advisory at Loughborough, pushing women into sports leadershipEx-cricketer. MSc Sports Management (Loughborough ’25). National athlete (India). UK visa till 2028. Ready to relocate globally.I live for the moment when operations disappear — and sport takes centre stage. Whether it’s padel revolution in Europe, county cricket logistics, or IPL team services, message me. Let’s build the invisible backbone of the next big event together.🫂#SportsOperations #TeamServices #AthleteManagement #Padel #Cricket #LoughboroughUniversity #SportsManagement
