About Pop Radu

I consider myself to be an active and willingness person to work in direct production units. With an experience in production of 12 years I have faced a lot of challenging situations which helped me to develop my technical knowledge and managerial abilities. Beginning as a simple operator to a grinding machine, going through the jobs like technician, process engineer, technological coordinator I have get to work as project manager. Going thru all this jobs I have succeeded to gain the trust of the companies where I have worked. The main skills that I have gained during my career are in the field of development and implementation of plastics injection processes, implementation of manual and automatic assembly processes, realization of concepts for plastics injection molds and building technical teams. My motivation in my career is to work in a strong team with positive attitude in order to achieve all the targets. My strong point is that I like to face new challenging projects in order to improve my technical knowledge because I am a person which have a big desire to learn new things.
