About Pop Sergiu

I started my career at Bayer in 2017 right after college. During my first two years at Bayer, I took on the responsibility of creating and maintaining our own database of farmers and retailers. By doing so, I was able to establish and cultivate strong relationships with them, which helped increase our sales in the horticultural field by 30%. Throughout my 7 years of experience in the Crop Protection market, I worked both as part of a team of four colleagues under the supervision of the crop manager, and as an individual in the Transylvania region. In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I also had the opportunity to represent Bayer at local horticultural events. One such event was the "Ziua Portilor deschise" at Cooperativa Agricola Pepiniera Aiud, where I had the chance to network with local farmers and learn more about their needs and challenges. I also participated in the "Simpozionul regional Bayer-Pomicultura" where I was able to share my knowledge and insights on the latest trends and best practices in the industry. With my ability to speak confidently in front of people and present information clearly and concisely, I was able to effectively communicate Bayer's value proposition to potential clients. These experiences enabled me to expand my knowledge of the horticultural industry and develop my leadership and communication skills, which are essential for success in any business setting Overall, my work experience highlights my ability to build strong client relationships, increase sales, and work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
