Operational Responsibilities:• Incident and Problem Management – Handling, creating, routing calls per Incident and Problem categories for entire APAC IT PC support team.• ISO Audits –PC domain focal for ISO certification and surveillance Audits.• IT Infra Focal - Representing IT Infrastructure Focal in monthly and quarterly business meetings with Business Unit Heads and leader’s forums to understand their IT expectations and IT challenges for smooth operations with least escalations.• AOP & Budgeting - Annual Operational Planning and quarterly IT HW budget planning and execution for CAPEX and OPEX.• Procurements - including Purchase requests, Purchase Orders and consignments verification for IT H/W.• Vendor Management - IT HW vendor dealing, coordination and confirmations.• Technical Approvals – Responsible for Technical verification and approvals of IT HW/SW allocations.• IT Inductions - Weekly IT induction for new joiners and quarterly IT updates sessions at site.• IT Onboarding and OJT – PC Team on Job Training, Knowledge transfer and Onboarding formalities for new team members & contractors.• Weekly Team meetings – Leading weekly meetings, MOM’s publishing for APAC sites.• AMC Management – For Managed Printing Services, AV infrastructure, including AMC and Quarterly Business Review Meetings with Vendors.• POC’s – Focal for Periodic POC’s implementations and report submissions at IT PC end.PC Domain Key Responsibilities:• Incident & Problem Management Process based Clarity and Service NOW ticketing tool.• Client Support - 3rd level support to employees for all HW, SW for Windows and iOS platform.• Infrastructure Support – IT infrastructure support for Audio- Video setup, Meeting rooms, Training rooms, upgrades and management.• OS Deployment - SCCM - OS imaging SCCM 2007, 2012 deployment, testing and maintenance.• Backup management - Managed Online data backup tool (Wanova) for laptop-desktops client support.• Security - Symantec Endpoint Protection Ver. 12 and 14 Antivirus alerts management at client end.• Vendor coordination for AV infrastructure maintenance, upgrades and business requirements. Key Projects handled:• Comverse IT PMI Singapore- Travelled Singapore for Singapore Comverse PMI.• Comverse IT PMI Gurgaon – Lead and completed PMI successfully at PC end for Gurgaon.• Celcite IT PMI - Has been involved in Celcite PMI as PC focal and taken care of PC front merging.• Safecom PrintIT (Managed Printing Services for site) Participated in POC and Implementation completed successfully for India.
