A Postgraduate in Computer Networking, highly motivated, confident, insightful, a good implementer, and a result-driven individual, with more than 5 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support and IT Technician/ Specialist. Experience in Cisco ASA, Dell Sonic Wall, Watchguard and other intelligent routers and switches. Experience in VMware Vsxi Virtual machine server and its clients 5. x. Experience in Windows Server 2008/2012/2019 administration. Experience in Office 365 management and administration. Experience in IP camera installation and administration. Ability to handle and manage MS Exchange servers and clients. Knowledge of Linux System administration with some shell scripting skills. Knowledge of Cloud Computing. Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python, PHP, C and HTML. Currently working as System Engineer and Level 2 and Level 3 Network Support (NTAS)/ Desktop Support Engineer as well as Level 1 and Level 2 Customer Support Service (CSMG) at Remotelink Pty. Ltd. I mostly contribute to the operational configuration of the network components and assist my co-worker in the investigation and maintenance of network problems using the specified procedure. Also, I have carried out agreed network maintenance tasks and established and diagnosed network faults using the required troubleshooting methodology and tools. And,on a routine basis, I work to receive and handle requests for service from our clients, provide and assist clients following the agreed procedure, and allocate the request level based on the urgency using Ticketing System Software. Also, maintain the logs of incidents, services provided, etc using proper recording procedures. Follow-up users for their feedback and to ensure that their expectations are met as expected or not from our end.
