Being a qualified and a creative IT Professional, I have over 15 years of experience, involved in participating, leading and managing the Projects for web based Solution development with special responsibility of usability, user experience, Graphic/Visual Design, UI Design, 3D Modelling and Web Portal Design & Development as well as Painting & Illustration for Product & Service based companies. • Established a strong UX/UI team and processes for the organization • Performing the Lead role in the design process for web applications, creating UI patterns & standards, creating and reviewing the low and high fidelity mockups • Involved in the recruiting process for the team • Implementing the 508, W3C, WAG, Gamification and Web 2.0 techniques and standards into various projects • Worked through the User Experience process, including persona research and usability testing • Involved in re-designing the company’s brand identity, style guides. • Defining the most usable and efficient screen layouts, flows and behaviors. • Creating detailed documents to help the development team in the SDLC • Bringing new ideas to improve the user experience. • Involved in the continuous process improvements by proposing new methods and tools to organize the UI / UX related work • Collaborating closely with project managers, development leads, users and designers • Support the development team during the development phase. • Involved UX during the Project planning phase.
