Currently working as QA Test lead in Australian Company-CarClarity, where I am responsible for QA management to execution, exploring new tools, processes, and management skills, & on top of this, I am doing everything from Remote. Total 9.7 years of Hands-on experience in Agile, Software Testing/Quality Assurance, SDLC, STLC, led the application support (L2/L3) projects. • ITIL 4 Foundation Certified, also worked on different testing tools, technologies and methodologies for leading clients like SingTel (Singapore) in Telecom, Bank of Maharashtra in banking, Polaris in healthcare & Coadvantage in the Insurance & HR domain. • Experience in various functional roll-out for application development and maintenance projects. Handled and led independent CRs at site and got appreciated by customers for smooth roll out in production with zero escaping defects. • Worked as Service Operational Lead for one year in level-2 support, where handled 100+ Client’s of different geography by leading 20+ team member’s by following ITIL process to deliver the value to the customers. • Rich experience in Agile methodology followed by a sprint process and worked on Project management tools like TFS/Azure DevOps & JIRA for Bug tracking & Test case management. • Having strong exposure in UAT with client, where worked with direct Clients in Singapore for SingTel Project. • Good experience in QA process management as Task allocation, Time management, Stress management, Risk management, QA estimation and efforts timeline, Preparing Test Plan/Test strategy Documents, Business Requirement Document’s (BRD’s), Test scenario creation with testing standards. • Experience in client relationship management, where directly worked with clients in Pre-production and after production. • Exposure in mapping business requirements to testing requirements. • Creation & Review of test cases, bug tracking, bug report generation, black box testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, production sanity, etc. • Handling Releases: Execution, Coordinating with customers on validation of testing results.
