I am experienced customer & operational specialist seeking a role in a dynamic work environment. More than 5 years of experience working in logistic feild. The main achievements that I have managed to complete in my previous job, which helps to showcase my work properly are defined below. When I had joined the Aviation field, I was put in SAUDIA Airlines where people mostly go for HAJJ and most of the passenger are old age people and that time as it was my first job in 2 weeks only, they allocated me at the counter for checking of VISA, Passport and Other several documents. For which I had received an Appreciation letter also for handling so many flights in that HAJJ period. In CMA CGM after serving for 6 months in US IMPORT pre-work department, A new team was entered i.e, US Premier Desk from Thane branch to Airoli branch and they needed a person who had a good idea about internal system and that time they shifted to me that team. Premier team work was to handle more that 100+VIP customer in which 5 was VVIP, As I was new to the team but I was ready to get the difficult task and as start I handle 2 VVIP customer for CMA CGM which was AMAZON & LOWE’S. For which later, I was received appreciation mail letter from Agency. I had been actively taking part in management decision related to Premier team and suggesting how we can do better and increase the goodwill & how we can reduce the losses too. Currently, I am working for Wings on board for almost 10 month were i need to connect 100+ freight forwarding company from all over the world and try to provide them quotation asap, arranging clearance both export-import, Updating them and tracking about the shipment. In Wings onboard, only 3 staff is working for them in all over India in which I am the one and my remaining staff excluding Indian are based in Netherlands we work with each other by connecting through WhatsApp, teams and through mail. I am a good communicator, so I enjoy working in a team and producing results as a part of the team. I also enjoy working independently as and when required of me. Additionally, my previous job has prepared me for arranging my workload schedule in a way so that it doesn’t hamper my ability to finish deadlines.
