Prabhjeet has 18 years of ERP Consulting, Business Process Automation, Digital Transformation, Solution Architecture, Implementation, Project Management and Product Development experience. Over this period, Prabhjeet has played various Development, Management and Strategy roles, across multiple domains including IT & Professional services, Media Industry, Education Sector (non-profit), Production houses, Energy Sector, etc. Key Roles played: 1. Business Process Automation - Automation of Financial operations based on Business Analytics through Business Process Mining (BPM) tools and techniques to achieve Straight Through Processing of P2P, O2C, R2R, Interco processes. Implementing best fit IT solutions including inhouse RPA, EDIs, Power BI, Sharepoint tools, etc. as well as standard COTS tools. Projects Delivery Lead - Program/Project Management of several end-to-end projects following Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies. Implementations and Rollouts of ERP ecosystems consisting of ERP, PPM, HRMS, Business Warehouse, etc. Transitions Manager - Lead transition of Publicis SAP ERP support account of 120 people from Accenture to Publicis Sapient post acquisition, established Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. a. Also developed and managed 2 teams from scratch as part of this transition i. Team of 35 people for SAP Project Systems/Sales & Distribution ii. Team of 10 people for ABAP development 4. ERP Techno-Functional consultant with implementation and rollouts experience on Financial applications including Oracle Apps R12, Blackline. Working knowledge on SAP ECC, Celonis, Oracle Business Intelligence, Primavera, MSP, Clarizen PPM, etc. Business Analyst - conducted and managed requirements gathering workshops in United States and India for topics on PPM, Enterprise Financial Applications and Media systems. Solutions Architect/ Development Lead - Starting from a Developer in early days (with hands-on experience on SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, Shell and few other technologies including some exposure to Java), delivering several key projects. Deep experience working on Oracle Apps R12 Project Accounting (PA), AP, AR, GL, SLA, MOAC, Grants (GMS), etc. People/ Resource Manager - Managed small to medium size teams for 7 to 8 years. I have managed teams to the size of about 35 people. Prabhjeet has also been involved with Vendor Management and activities of developing SOWs, working with Procurement teams, IT budgeting & cross-charges, etc.
