My journey in human resources and administration management has been commitment to operational excellence. This journey began more than nine years ago and has encompassed roles from Associate HR to my current position as HR Administration Manager. My responsibilities have grown to include not just hiring and onboarding but also orchestrating employee engagement initiatives, Performance Management, Employee Grievance & Retention, Employees perks & benefits, Statutory compliance, business management, resource allocation and managing vendor relationships. The organization has benefited from my expertise in government regulations and goal setting, allowing us to maintain compliance and set clear objectives. With certifications in HR Foundations and Strategic Human Resources, I've cultivated a skill set that ensures our team operates efficiently and aligns with the company's overarching goals.
