About Prabir Biswas

I’m a finance and operations professional with over a decade of experience driving resource mobilization, compliance, and MIS automation in NBFCs and process-driven organizations. I’ve successfully reduced reporting cycles by over 66%, redesigned Excel-based dashboards, and implemented systems that improved audit readiness and interdepartmental coordination. What sets me apart is my focus on clarity, speed, and accountability — not just in numbers, but in people and systems. I’ve mentored junior teams, streamlined reporting across multiple departments, and always look for ways to make processes smarter and faster without losing sight of compliance and data integrity. I’m currently exploring new opportunities in operations, compliance, or cross-functional coordination, where I can bring structure to complexity and evolve with a team that values efficiency and ethical work. I’m open to working with growth-driven companies across industries, especially where process optimization, data clarity, and team alignment are priorities. Long-term, I aspire to grow, learn, and eventually build something of my own — a venture that serves people and brings sustainable freedom. Let’s connect if you’re building something meaningful, or looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, numbers, and people.
