About Prachi Bhatnagar

I have a passion for education, and continuous learning, a genuine interest in helping people reach their goals from a strengths-based approach, and a fascination with psychology, mental health and counselling. Always curious to research and learn new frameworks, modalities, approaches, and interventions for counselling and psychotherapy. I hold a Masters degree and a PhD in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. My areas of interest are emotions, emotion related deficits, substance abuse, psychometrics and mental health. I have published more than half a dozen research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and taught several graduate and undergraduate courses at Amity University, Noida. I am currently enrolled in Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University, Canada.
