Currently working as a Safety Science Specialist at Fortrea, with over 4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations.At Fortrea, I am actively involved in Operations UAT for Argus Upgrade 8.4.4, focusing on system enhancements, workflow improvements, and performance optimization across safety operations. Following this, contributed to the Medical Safety Support Desk (MSSD) team and supported Business Analyst (BA) operations, helping drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives. I also worked on the reconciliation of regulatory reports within the submissions team, ensuring alignment and accuracy in global reporting compliance.Over the years, I have handled roles as a Case Processor and Quality Reviewer, consistently delivering accurate and timely case submissions. Experienced with ICSR processing (serious and non-serious cases), managing spontaneous, literature, and legal case types, and working with safety databases such as ARISg and Argus.Before entering the industry, I completed my post-graduation in Pharmacy, along with a 10-month internship at the Biochemical Sciences Division, National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune as a part of curriculum.
