Sending a detailed report of any cancellations, no shows,fees paid and the attendance roster to the planning team. Worked as a Quality checker at HSBC for Commercial banking. This mainly dealt with detailed AML KYC review, account activity review of the commercial businesses & high risk customers & transaction monitoring.
