With a Master's degree in Information System Security Management from Concordia University of Edmonton and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, I bring a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to the table.In my role as a Security Analyst at ConnectWise, I played a pivotal role in fortifying our security posture by automating and streamlining security operations. Leveraging my expertise in tools like SentinelOne Singularity XDR, Microsoft 365 Defender, Bit Defender, Perch Security (SIEM), Netsurion's EventTracker (SIEM), Xcitium Advanced, Perch Security (SIEM), Elastic Security (SIEM), I spearheaded the identification and resolution of sophisticated threats, significantly boosting our threat detection accuracy and reducing false positives.
